Shipping will be done World Wide. All orders will be shipped from Denmark.

A fee of 100 DKK is added to your invoice to cover for shipping and handling expenses. In Europe we deliver within 10 days and for the rest of the world it can take up to three weeks depending on local handling. Furthermore, depending on your country of residence, additional sales taxes may apply. Products are available as long as stocks last. Return Information:
Saga Services A/S will replace any defective product immediately at our cost. However we cannot accept returns for any other reason. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the product you are ordering, please check out the demo of the product at our official website at: www.sagafurs.com - BEFORE you order!

Videos/DVDs may be returned at the customer's expense, in unopened condition, within 14 days for a refund of the cost of the product. Handling fees are non-refundable.

Du har mulighed for at returnere en vare, hvis den er defekt eller hvis du fortryder købet indenfor de første 14 dage efter, at du fysisk har modtaget varen(e) og såfremt emballagen ubrudt.
Du skal blot inden fristens udløb have afsendt varen(e), for egen regning. Hvis varen er defekt ombytter vi og sender en ny. Er der tale om en fortrydelse, skal varen returneres i ubeskadiget og salgbar stand til afsenderadressen på pakken.

Ved returnering sender vi dig en check på det beløb du har betalt, minus evt. betalt porto.
