“Two years ago, the Board considered it necessary to improve the efficiency of the company’s operations and to carry out structural change in the company. The Board appointed Magnus Ljung to implement these changes, and from the very beginning this was a temporary post. The situation in the fur market has developed in such a way that, in addition to company’s effectiveness, the post-pandemic strategy and its implementation must already be considered. This is why it was a good time now to change the responsibility. I would like to thank Magnus Ljung for his work in the management of Saga Furs. Under his leadership, the company’s activities have been purposefully enhanced, and the company has already achieved an excellent result last financial year. This is a good basis for the new CEO to continue,” says Jari Isosaari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saga Furs.
