Saga Furs Oyj (ltd) is a Finnish public listed company whose shares in the A and C series are publicly traded on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Oy. The administration of Saga Furs is governed by Finnish laws and regulations. In addition, the company complies with the rules and recommendations of Nasdaq Helsinki Oy as applicable to their listed companies. As a Finnish listed company, Saga Furs follows the management code of Finnish listed companies (www.cgfinland.fi). The company prepares its financial statements and interim financial reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The financial statements are be published in Finnish and Swedish.

The statutory bodies of the company are the General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the Managing Director. The coordination and operational management of the company’s operations shall also be carried out by a management group assisting the Managing Director, whose members are not members of the Board of Directors. The duties and responsibilities of the various institutions are determined in accordance with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act.
