The mink auction concluded with Cross type offering

Saga Furs mink auction concluded today with the selling of more than 400,000 European Black mink pelts and various crosses.

China was again the dominant buyer, which was reflected in better sale of Black Velvet-type pelts. The offering was sold at increasing prices compared to Saga Furs’ March auction.

Regarding Crosses, while some types met selective demand, others like Silver Cross achieved almost 100% clearance and high prices.

The auction will continue with the fox sale until Thursday 17 June.
