Uncertainty on the mink market was reflected in the results of today’s mink sale

Saga Furs June auction continued today with the selling of Pearl and Palomino mink. Today’s offering was 70% sold at slightly easier prices compared with recent European levels. A significant  number of regular velvet type skins were withdrawn in order to defend the price level.

The largest purchases were made for the Chinese market with support from Turkey and the European fashion industry.

The Blue Frost Fox Top Lot was bought by Klondike for Flame Queen Ltd. at a price of 600 Euros yesterday.

The auction will continue tomorrow with the selling of Brown, Mahogany and Black mink males.
