Saga Furs Oyj  complies with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code for public limited companies, adopted by the Securities Market Association on 15 June 2010 and entered into force on 1 October 2010.

According to the Finnish Companies Act (734/1978) and to the rules and regulations of the company’s Articles of Association, the control and governance of the company is divided between the shareholders represented at the shareholders’ meeting, the Board of Directors, and the Managing Director. The directors belonging to the company’s Management Group assist the Managing Director.
