Saga Furs June auction concluded today with the selling of Black Cross and Silver Cross males and various other mutations. Today’s offering was 90% sold at 5-10% easier prices compared with recent European levels.
The exceptionally big mink quantities coming into the market in June increased market uncertainty. The Saga Furs auction was however once again attended by a big international crowd of 600 buyers from all markets, contributing to active competition throughout the sale. The June mink offering was almost 90% sold, and the cumulative price level so far this season is 25% higher compared with last year.
Saga Furs would like to thank all customers for their good support during the auction.
