Market uncertainty reflected in the mink sale that ended today

Today the auction continued with the sale of the Cross type mink collection and Finnraccoon pelts in addition to some Karakul and Sable pelts. Just like other days Silver Cross and other mutation crosses met very selective demand. One third of the Finnraccoon collection was sold, mainly to Turkey. The Russian Farmed Sable collection was mainly withdrawn.

The Top Lot of Russian Farmed Sable was bought by Anna Kaminskaja Atelje “Bella Mamma” from St. Petersburg, Russia.

The mink auction concluded today with the total sale of 16%. Covid-19 heavily affected mink sales results. China was the most dominant buyer with some support from Korea, Turkey and Russia. The auction continues tomorrow with the selling of Blue Shadow, Blue Frost and Silver fox pelts.
