Saga® Brown and Glow males were 100 % sold today under widespread competition at firm prices compared with most recent international levels. Prices for commercial skins are clearly below production cost, while good quality velvet types continue to achieve clear price premiums. Black Cross mink was 100 % sold under good competition at increasing prices.
Buying was again dominated by China and Hong Kong with support from Europe and Russia.
The auction will continue tomorrow with the selling of Brown and Glow females as well as White mink and various Cross types.
