Strong competition over Brown and Pearl minks

The second day of the Saga September auction followed the same trend as yesterday. Overall, the offering – with limited amount of regular goods – was almost fully sold. The main buyer was China with good support from Russia.

The offering of 360,000 Brown female mink pelts were all sold with very firm prices compared to recent European levels. The collection of 105,000 Pearl male pelts fetched firm prices with 100% selling. On offer was also smaller collections of Mahogany, Black, White and Palomino mink pelts.

The auction continues tomorrow with the sale of Silverblue, Sapphire and various Cross type mink pelts.
