Saga Furs Oyj has two share series, A and C. A shares with 12 votes are mainly owned by local and national fur breeders’ associations. C shares with one vote and dividend preference are owned by institutional and private investors.
The C share series of Saga Furs Oyj has been publicly listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange (nowadays Nasdaq OMX Helsinki Ltd) since 1986.
The number of A shares is 900,000, and the number of C shares is 2,700,000. The par value of the shares is two (2) euros. The share capital of the company amounts to 7,200,000 euros.
